You're welcome!
This is a cake recipe for feast days.  It has to be reserved only for a special occasion.  New baby, wedding, job promotion or perhaps you successfully made it through a Monday.  I wish I had smell-o-vision on this computer.  This is- with out a doubt- the BEST recipe for a chocolate cake.
It has no peers.  So, get out your beaters and your bowl, and let the celebrating begin!

Kahlua Chocolate Cake Recipe
1 chocolate cake pudding recipe mix (I use Betty Crocker)
½ cup sugar (I use Sucanat-)
1/3 cup canola oil
3 eggs
¾ cup water
¼ cup boubon
½ cup Kahlua
¾ cup strong coffee (I use instant)
2 T cocoa powder

Preheat oven to 350. Grease bundt pan with cooking spray or oil. Mix all ingredients together and beat for 4 minutes. Pour into pan and bake 40 minutes, or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean. (I bake for 30 minutes because my oven is an overachiever.
Remove from oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before pouring the icing on.

Chocolate Icing for Kahlua Chocolate Cake
½ cup butter
½ cup sugar (I use Sucanat)
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips

Heat butter, sugar and milk stirring constantly (do not boil) until the sugar is dissolved. Take it off the heat and add the chocolate chips, stirring until the chips are melted. Pour all over the cake (and not into your mouth).

Go, get the dessert plates and the forks.  And, don't forget a giant glass of milk.  Enjoy!
